Freedom Stone + Pondscapes follows a transparent 5-step process: Discovery Call, Site Visit & Design, Proposal & Scheduling, Build Phase, and Final Walkthrough with written warranty. Average build time is 4–8 weeks. Serving Kansas City and Northwest Arkansas.
Discovery Call
A free phone consultation to understand your vision, property, and budget. We'll discuss what's possible and what to expect.

Site Visit & Design
We visit your property to evaluate topography, drainage, access and existing features. From there we develop a professional site layout tailored to your space.

- Material recommendations based on your property
- Honest conversation about what works and what doesn't
Proposal & Scheduling
You'll receive a detailed written proposal with material selections, project timeline, and a clear payment schedule. No surprises.

Build Phase
Our crew arrives on time, introduces themselves, and gets to work. You'll receive weekly progress updates and we keep the job site clean.
