It was great working with Bobby and his team. His estimate was fair, no unexpected changes. He was timely and did what he said he was going to do, on the timeline he said he was going to do it (Which seems to be in short supply with contractors). We ran into rain and weather, which he can't help, but he was very good about working around it to get the project completed.
