Bob Kerr: 25+ Years of Hands-On Excellence
Bob Kerr founded Freedom Stone + Pondscapes with a simple belief: every outdoor space should feel like a personal retreat. With over 25 years in the hardscape and excavation industries, Bob has personally designed and built hundreds of projects across Kansas City and Northwest Arkansas. In 2019, he applied that leading expertise to water features, launching Freedom Stone + Pondscapes to serve Kansas City and Northwest Arkansas. The results speak for themselves.
Unlike many contractors who manage from afar, Bob takes a hands-on approach to every project. He is on-site during critical phases of construction, ensuring that each stone is placed with intention and every water feature flows exactly as envisioned. His background combines formal training in landscape design with real-world problem-solving skills developed over decades of working in diverse terrain and conditions.
We own our own natural stone quarry, which means the materials we use in your project come directly from us—not a third-party supplier with inconsistent quality. That's not something many contractors can say. Whether it's a koi pond tucked into a hillside or a multi-tiered waterfall cascading into a swim pond, Bob's eye for detail and commitment to quality shine through in every project.
